Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering from an accredited, 4-year university. 5+ years experience in the commercial, institutional and healthcare market sectors. CAD skills, building modeling experience, including familiarity with project management or related building sciences program, preferred. Must have a current professional license in Fire Protection Engineering in the US. Strong interpersonal/communication skills needed for client interface. Desired Skills:
Professional knowledge of a broad range of plumbing and fire protection engineering concepts, principles and practices, and familiarity with other engineering disciplines and architecture. Current design and project management experience with plumbing and fire protection as they pertain to building systems.
